Daniel helped me out of a tight spot when my previous agent failed to come up to the mark and left me with significant issues (including tenant arrears which went unpaid for a long time without eviction). So far the new tenant is stable and happy, and rent is being paid consistently. I get e-mails back almost immediately – as someone in the UK holding this property very much at arms length it’s important to me that my manager communicates well and promptly. Also Daniel makes decisions which (as far as I can see) are in the best interests of both the investor and the tenant combined. The effect of this is I don’t feel the need to micro-manage or nag, because I know he will make an appropriate decision, or refer it to me when he needs to.
